A kitchen designer asked me to build his site after we hit it off during my own remodel. People looking for a kitchen designer want one thing, pictures, so the site keeps it simple and gives easy access to his designs.
NextLI, part of Newsday, looks at the future of Long Island. For its flagship launch I was contracted to build a 16-page visual representation of dense data, resulting in 15 custom-crafted data designs that explained the bulk of the report.
A side project to keep my design skills honed: a site for a Long Island restaurant’s Cuban-style locations. They’ve since redesigned, but this one was fun. I miss all the free empanadas…
Southampton Rotary asked for logos for a program that helps promising young people give back to the community and get financial help for further education. I designed three tiers of the organization that the kids proudly wear.
Logo design for a group out of Southampton.
